Tourism
The tourism industry is one of the fastest growing industries in Saskatchewan and the region has much to offer tourists from both within and outside of the area. The Red Coat REDA area is rich with heritage resources and properties, some which have been assigned officially recognized status as significant heritage resources by various levels of government. A summarized list of these sites is listed in Table 3-13. Interest in historical and cultural sites has been evident for many years in North America and has been increasing at a considerable rate.
